This 6mm-diameter endoscope camera module, built based on the OmniVision OV2740 CMOS color image sensor, takes "precision integration + multi-scenario compatibility" as its core advantages, making it a preferred solution for precise observation in medical, industrial, emergency and other fields.
In terms of core performance, the module supports 2MP pixels (1920x1080) and 1080P@60FPS high-definition dynamic output. Equipped with 1.4μm pixel specification, PureCel® back-illuminated technology, and enhanced by HDR function, it achieves better noise control in low-light environments and more balanced detail restoration in high-contrast scenarios. The dual output formats (YUV/MJPEG) flexibly adapt to medical diagnosis (which requires color accuracy) and industrial inspection (which requires fast imaging), meeting the processing logic of different terminals.
Its structure and protection design directly address key pain points: The 6mm miniature lens can easily penetrate narrow spaces such as pet cavities, cultural relic cracks, and equipment gaps; the 140° ultra-wide angle combined with 8~80mm depth of field covers a wide observation range, and TV distortion < -50% ensures regular image quality. The steel shell protection is combined with IP67 dustproof and waterproof performance, enabling it to withstand humidity, sand, dust, and disinfection wiping. The Separated design (connected to the DSP board via bonding wires) allows layout adjustment as needed to adapt to endoscope hosts of different specifications. The DSP board is equipped with a built-in 3-level brightness adjustment button, and the manual focusing function accurately locks onto tiny targets (such as lesions and part cracks), avoiding interference from automatic focusing.
