This is full HD ultra-wide-angle 120° 5MP BF2553 sensor mini MIPI camera module, featuring a 1/5-inch optical format sensor. It is equipped with a core 2592x1944 effective pixel array, with each pixel measuring 1.12μm × 1.12μm. The maximum imaging circle diameter reaches 3.90mm. The optical system integrates an F2.2 large-aperture fixed-focus lens (focal length of 1.4mm) and a 3P+IR optical lens structure, achieving an ultra-wide 120° diagonal field of view (HFOV105° / VFOV80°). Optical distortion is strictly controlled within -1.5%, effectively ensuring the geometric fidelity of wide-angle imaging. The module supports 1920x1080P full HD video output and transmits data through the high-speed MIPI interface. It employs COB packaging technology to enhance compactness and reliability.
