USB Camera Module: 5 MP Resolution Paired with 1080p Imaging for High-Definition Versatility

July 23, 2025

This is a 1080P Full HD 5MP high-pixel OV2735 CSI USB camera module, equipped with the OmniVision OV2735 CMOS sensor. The pairing of 5MP pixels and 1080P@30fps image output is its notable highlight, providing both high-resolution static details and smooth dynamic video. The 5MP high-definition quality clearly presents fine details, while 1080P@30fps output ensures coherent, stutter-free video; together they meet scenes that demand both clarity and fluency. In addition, the module’s other parameters are excellent: sensor size 1/2.7 inch, pixel size 3 µm × 3 µm, supporting WDR technology to enhance light handling, focus range 1 cm ~ Infinity with manual focus, output formats MJPG/YUY2, USB2.0 interface and UVC protocol for broad compatibility, SMT process and AA manufacturing for product quality, operating temperature –20 °C ~ 70 °C, stable temperature 0 °C ~ 50 °C, and a 38 mm × 38 mm size for easy integration into various devices. In application scenarios, the module offers clear advantages. During remote teaching, 5MP pixels clearly display chalkboard writing and teaching props, and 1080P@30fps video renders the teacher’s movements smoothly, enhancing interactive learning; in online live streaming, high-definition quality reveals details of the host and content, while smooth video improves audience experience; in document scanning, 5MP pixels accurately capture text and graphics on documents, and 1080P dynamic preview allows real-time adjustment of scanning angles. Meanwhile, in product demonstrations, video calls, and other scenes, the high-definition and fluent images also elevate overall performance, satisfying diverse user needs.
