Product Description:

This is a Low-Light 4K OmniVision OV08D10 Sensor FPV Auto-Focus MIPI Camera Module, built based on the OmniVision OV08D10 image sensor. It achieves multi-dimensional performance breakthroughs in the 8MP pixel category. Compared with similar 8MP sensor products, its core advantages lie in the coordinated upgrade of ultra-high-definition output capability, image quality optimization technology, and precise optical performance—making it an optical solution that breaks the performance bottleneck of products with the same pixel count.​


The module is equipped with an 8MP effective pixel sensor. Unlike most similar 8MP products that only support 1080P video output, it can stably output 4K@30FPS ultra-high-definition images. Combined with the innovative 1/4-inch optical format and 1.12μm pixel design, it achieves a more compact physical structure while maintaining the same resolution. Through PureCel® pixel isolation technology to reduce crosstalk, paired with HDR function, it improves issues commonly seen in similar 8MP products, such as excessive noise in low light and loss of details in backlit environments. Its output format supports 10bit RAW, providing a richer dynamic range for color calibration and post-processing—surpassing the 8bit output configuration of most similar 8MP products.​


In terms of optical parameters, the module adopts an F2.4±5% aperture and a 2.57mm focal length lens, with a depth of field ranging from 10cm to Infinity. Its field of view reaches a wide coverage of D82.7°×H69.9°×V55.3°, while TV distortion is strictly controlled within -0.8%—solving the image distortion problem that often occurs in similar 8MP products with wide field of view. Functionally, it supports auto-focus, enabling quick and accurate locking of shooting subjects; it uses the MIPI CSI-2 high-speed interface to ensure delay-free transmission of 4K image data. On the production side, it adopts COB technology and AA (Active Alignment) process to ensure product consistency and structural compactness. Additionally, it has passed multiple international testing certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach.
