This is a 100FPS High-Frame-Rate Global Shutter Monochrome Sensor Industrial Camera Module, a professional-grade USB camera module designed for high-speed dynamic imaging needs. It is equipped with a CMOS monochrome image sensor, featuring 2MP effective pixels and capable of stably outputting high-definition, high-frame-rate images at 1080P resolution and 100FPS, providing hardware support for capturing details in fast-changing scenarios. In terms of sensor specifications, it adopts a 1/2.6-inch size design, paired with a large pixel size of 3μm×3μm to optimize the light-receiving efficiency of individual pixels; it also has a built-in global shutter technology to solve the motion blur issue in imaging of fast-moving objects at the hardware level. The output formats cover two mainstream types: MJPG and YUY2, which can be flexibly switched according to transmission bandwidth and image quality requirements—MJPG format is suitable for scenarios pursuing high frame rates, while YUY2 format is applicable for scenarios with higher requirements for color reproduction. The focusing system uses a manual adjustment mode, with a wide focus range from 1cm to infinity, which can not only meet close-range microscopic dynamic shooting but also adapt to long-distance high-speed scene recording; the manual focusing design can also avoid false triggers of auto-focus in complex dynamic environments, ensuring precise control of the focusing position. In terms of the interface, it uses a USB 4Pin-2.0mm terminal, supports USB 2.0 transmission speed, and can meet the real-time transmission needs of 1080P@100FPS images; it is also compatible with the UVC universal video protocol, allowing direct adaptation to mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS without additional driver installation, lowering the usage threshold.
