  • This is a plastic lens OmniVision OCHFA10 separated USB2.0 endoscope camera module with steel shell. It takes the OmniVision OCHFA10 CMOS sensor as its core and builds a high-precision imaging system suitable for both medical and industrial scenarios. Equipped with 0.5MP pixels and 700x700 resolution, paired with a maximum frame rate of 30FPS, it can deliver smooth display of dynamic images. The combination of a 1/17.5-inch sensor size and 1.008μm×1.008μm high-precision pixels enhances the ability to capture tiny details. In terms of optical configuration, the F5.0 aperture and 0.418mm focal length ensure clear close-range imaging; the wide field of view (D105°*H86°*V86°) combined with TV distortion < -11% reduces image deformation and expands the observation range. In terms of operational design, it supports manual focus and direct-view imaging; combined with a separated structure, it allows flexible adjustment of the positions of the lens and host to adapt to complex observation environments. At the interface end, it adopts a Micro USB interface, outputs data at USB2.0 speed, and is compatible with the UVC protocol to realize plug-and-play functionality. The lens part features a 1.6mm-diameter design with a steel shell, balancing miniaturization and structural strength; it also integrates 4 01005-sized LED beads to provide uniform illumination, paired with chemical corrosion-resistant plastic lenses. In the production process, precision is guaranteed through SMT technology and AA (Active Alignment) process.
