Product Description:
- This is an IP67 720P Sensor OV9734 UVC USB 2.0 Endoscope Camera Module, equipped with the OmniVision OV9734 CMOS color image sensor. It features 1MP pixel resolution, supports 720 resolution and a maximum frame rate of 30FPS. The sensor size is 1/4 inch, with a pixel size of 1.75μm x 1.75μm. It is compatible with YUV and MJPEG output formats, adapting to diverse data transmission requirements. In terms of optical performance, the module is fitted with an F4.0 aperture lens, boasting a field of view of 95° diagonal (D), 85° horizontal (H), and 43.5° vertical (V). Combined with a 1.08mm focal length and a depth of field ranging from 10mm to 100mm, along with the side-view imaging design, it enables wide-range sidewall observation at close range. With TV distortion < -10% and manual focusing function, it can accurately capture details. Structurally, it adopts a separated design and connects to the DSP board via bonding wires, facilitating flexible integration into complex equipment. The lens is covered with a steel shell with a diameter of 6mm and a length of 25mm; the slim design allows easy access to narrow spaces. Moreover, it supports IP67 dust and water resistance rating, capable of withstanding dust and short-term water immersion. The lens is integrated with 4 0402 LED beads for supplementary lighting. It features a USB2.0 interface and supports the UVC protocol, compatible with mainstream operating systems to achieve plug-and-play functionality. The entire module is manufactured using SMT process and AA (Active Alignment) manufacturing process, and has passed international certifications and tests including CE, FCC, RoHS, and REACH, ensuring reliable quality.
