This is the new CMOS sensor OCHFA20 medical industrial endoscope camera module. Relying on the precise matching of full-dimensional parameters, it builds core capabilities of "high-definition imaging + flexible deployment + miniaturized adaptation", making it an excellent choice for scenarios that require penetration into narrow spaces and pursuit of detail capture. At the core, the module is equipped with the OmniVision OCHFA20 CMOS color image sensor, featuring 0.5MP effective pixels and capable of stably outputting 720×720 resolution images. Combined with the 720P@30FPS frame rate specification, dynamic images are free of motion blur and have true color reproduction. The ultra-small 1/18-inch sensor size and 1.008 μm×1.008 μm pixel specifications not only ensure light-sensing efficiency but also lay the foundation for device miniaturization. Matched with an ultra-fine lens diameter of only 1.5mm, it can easily penetrate narrow areas such as gaps in precision instruments and tiny cavities. The 120° ultra-wide field of view, combined with the manual focus function, not only enables wide-range scene coverage but also allows precise focusing on local details, avoiding observation blind spots and blurriness.​
In terms of structural design, a Separated solution is adopted: it establishes a stable connection with the DSP board via a USB 6PIN header, then outputs signals through a Type-C interface. It supports USB 2.0 transfer speed and UVC protocol, and is compatible with mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Mac, and Linux without the need for additional drivers, adapting to various devices including computers and portable detection terminals. In the production process, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and AA (Active Alignment) processes are used to ensure the consistency and imaging stability of mass-produced products.
