This 5mm Diameter 1080P HD Mini OV2740 CMOS Sensor USB Endoscope Camera Module ,is an integrated imaging component designed specifically for 8–80mm short and long-distance narrow space visualization detection, manufactured by SincereFirst in compliance with RoHS standards. Built around the OV2740 2-megapixel-level image sensor and a single-lens optical structure, it combines compactness and stability— the single-lens design not only makes the module more compact in volume but also enhances assembly stability and long-term operational reliability, suitable for continuous operation in complex detection scenarios. Its probe diameter is precisely controlled at 5.0mm, a size dedicated to micro-endoscopy, which can easily penetrate into thin pipes, narrow gaps and micro-cavities with a diameter of more than 5mm, balancing detection accessibility and structural strength. The optical system is optimized with a 1.29mm focal length, a horizontal 140° field of view, and an 8–80mm focusing range, covering both short and medium-distance typical endoscopic working distances, eliminating the need for frequent probe position adjustments and improving detection efficiency. The TV distortion of <-53% barrel-shaped design effectively expands the single-frame image coverage within the limited probe diameter, ensuring comprehensive observation without blind spots. Equipped with a MICRO USB-5P interface and following the USB2.0 UVC driver-free protocol, it supports YUV and MJPEG output formats and can achieve real-time 1080P@60fps imaging— the OV2740 sensor’s high-definition performance combined with the 60fps high frame rate ensures smooth dynamic images and complete detail restoration, adapting to high-speed detection and dynamic observation needs. The 1500mm extended cable configuration is specially designed for long-distance and deep-cavity detection scenarios, breaking through the space limitation of short-cable endoscopes. The image direction register adopts the factory default configuration, allowing quick access without additional settings.
