  • This is an industrial and medical LED integrated CMOS endoscope camera bare module, which adopts the OmniVision OV9734 image sensor. It features a 1MP pixel specification, capable of outputting 1280x720 resolution images and supporting a maximum frame rate of 30FPS, meeting the fluency requirements for dynamic observation. With a sensor size of 1/9 inch and a pixel size of 1.4μm x 1.4μm, it balances image detail performance in a miniaturized design. In terms of optical configuration, the module is equipped with an F4.0 aperture and a 1.25mm focal length, with a focusing range covering 10-100mm, a DFOV (diagonal field of view) of 90°, and distortion controlled at < -20%. It adopts a manual focusing method, combined with a 3.6mm diameter lens and an integrated design, providing higher integration flexibility in the form of a bare module. In addition, the lens integrates 4 LED beads to ensure illumination in dim environments, and the production process adopts SMT technology and AA process to ensure product stability.
