This is a 4K OmniVision OV8856 CMOS autofocus machine vision camera module, capable of outputting uncompressed raw image data. It preserves the most complete color information and dynamic range, providing maximum adjustment space for subsequent algorithm processing. It adopts OmniVision's 1/4-inch OV8856 CMOS sensor with a pixel size of 1.12μm x 1.12μm, balancing slim design with light-sensing performance; it supports 4K@30FPS image output, enabling smooth recording of dynamic scenes; it integrates HDR function and PureCel® technology — the former compensates for detail loss in strong light and shadows, while the latter helps improve light-sensing efficiency. In terms of optical parameters, the 2.57mm focal length is paired with an F2.4±5% aperture, allowing flexible switching between close-range shooting and medium-to-long-range framing; the field of view (D82.7°*H69.9°*V55.3°) can cover a wide image range, and with TV distortion < -0.8%, it effectively avoids stretching and deformation at the image edges. The focusing system supports wide-range autofocus from 10cm to Infinity, enabling quick locking of targets near and far; it uses the industry-universal MIPI CSI-2 interface for easy integration with various devices; in the production process, COB (Chip on Board) technology and AA (Active Alignment) process are adopted to ensure module consistency; at the same time, it has passed FCC, CE, Reach, and RoHS certifications, meeting the strict requirements for quality and environmental protection in the global market.
