Product Description:

  • This is a medical-grade 1MP OV9734 sensor LED endoscope camera bare module, developed based on OmniVision’s 1MP pixel CMOS image sensor. It supports 720P HD resolution and 30FPS smooth frame rate. The sensor adopts a 1/4-inch size structure, is equipped with 1.75μm×1.75μm large pixel units, and integrates PureCel® technology; through CSP packaging, it achieves better light-gathering ability and color reproduction performance. The optical system adopts a combination of F4.0 aperture and 102° wide-angle lens, supporting manual focus and direct-view imaging mode. The module uses an innovative separated architecture: it transmits MIPI signals to a dedicated DSP board via a Type-C interface, and finally outputs video streams at USB2.0 high-speed standard through a USB 5Pin interface, fully compatible with the UVC protocol. The 3.3mm ultra-fine diameter lens module integrates 6 0201-sized LED beads, and is manufactured using SMT technology and AA active alignment technology to ensure the consistency of optical performance. The entire system has passed international authoritative certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach; the DSP board also specially integrates a physical button to support one-click capture function.
