This is a Mini 1MP HD OV9732 CMOS IoT Low-Light DVP Camera Module, developed based on OmniVision’s OV9732 image sensor. It features comprehensive and balanced hardware parameter configurations, making it widely suitable for various embedded vision requirements. Equipped with a 1MP pixel sensor (1/4-inch sensor size), the module combines a 3μm×3μm large pixel design with OmniVision’s OmniPixel®3‑HS® high-sensitivity technology, enabling efficient light capture and noise suppression. It supports stable output of 720@30FPS HD images and provides a 10-bit RAW output format, reserving abundant details and color space for subsequent image optimization. In terms of optical performance, the module is fitted with an F2.8 large aperture and a 3.25mm focal length, with a depth of field ranging from 15cm to 40cm—allowing precise focusing on short-to-medium distance subjects. Its diagonal field of view (FOV) reaches D80°, and TV distortion is controlled within 1%, ensuring true-to-life reproduction of scene contours and proportions. Adopting a fixed-focus design, the module delivers clear imaging within the core distance range without complex adjustments; it uses a DVP parallel interface, compatible with the mainstream embedded hardware ecosystem. For production, it integrates COB (Chip on Board) technology and AA (Active Alignment) process, achieving both miniaturization and assembly precision.
