Product Description:

This is a micro OV2740 image sensor 1080P medical & industrial separated endoscope camera module, built based on the OmniVision OV2740 CMOS color image sensor. Its core parameters cover all dimensions including imaging, optics, structure, and protection: it features 2MP pixels and 1920x1080 resolution, capable of stably outputting 1080P@60FPS high-definition dynamic images; the sensor size is 1/6 inch, with a pixel specification of 1.4μm×1.4μm, and it supports both PureCel® back-illuminated technology and HDR function, balancing low-light sensitivity and detail capture in high-contrast scenarios; it is compatible with YUV and MJPEG output formats, which can match the image processing needs of different terminals. In terms of optical design, it adopts a manual focusing method, paired with an F5.9 aperture and 1.05mm focal length, achieving a practical depth of field range of 8~80mm, a field of view of 140°, and TV distortion controlled below -50%. The 6mm-diameter miniature lens can penetrate narrow spaces. In terms of structure and protection, the lens is protected by a steel shell, reaching IP67 dustproof and waterproof level, and integrates 6 white LED lights; the module adopts a Separated design, connected to the DSP board via bonding wires, and finally outputs through a Micro USB interface, supporting USB2.0 speed and UVC protocol. The dedicated dimming button on the DSP board enables 3-level brightness adjustment. In terms of production process, it adopts SMT process and AA (Active Alignment) process to ensure product precision and stability, and has passed international tests and certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach, complying with usage standards in multiple regions around the world.
