This is a compact 4MP Full HD IR Night Vision OV4689 Image Sensor MIPI Camera Module, centered on the OmniVision OV4689 CMOS sensor and specifically designed to meet high-quality image capture needs in complex environments. The module features 4MP effective pixels and a native resolution of 2688x1520, supporting dual-mode output: 90fps at full resolution and 120fps@1080P. Adopting a 1/3-inch optical format and 2μm×2μm pixel size, the sensor is enhanced by PureCel® backside-illuminated technology and HDR function, which optimize light utilization, suppress noise, and expand dynamic range—ensuring no overexposure in bright areas and clear details in dark areas. It supports 10bit RAW output format, which fully preserves the original image data and reserves space for professional post-processing.
In terms of optical configuration, the module adopts a manual focus design for precise clarity control. Paired with an F2.4 aperture and 2.35mm focal length, it achieves a flexible depth of field from 10cm to Infinity. Its 117° ultra-wide field of view covers broad scenes, and TV distortion is controlled within -15% to ensure distortion-free images. The lens uses a precision 4G+2P structure to improve light transmittance, and is equipped with 2 IR filters and an integrated IR cutter for seamless day-night mode switching. For data transmission, it is equipped with a 25Pin MIPI CSI-2 high-speed interface to ensure low-latency transmission of high-frame-rate data. In the production process, COB technology and AA (Active Alignment) process are adopted to balance structural stability and optical precision.
