This is a 3.3mm Ultra-Miniature OV9734 Sensor Separate Endoscope Camera Module, This module is an ultra-compact, remote-type endoscope camera built around the OV9734 1/9-inch industrial-grade image sensor. The probe has a diameter of only 3.3mm, enabling high-definition, 102° ultra-wide-angle imaging in extremely confined spaces. The system adopts a separated design, with the probe and main control unit independently positioned, enhancing installation flexibility and adaptability to complex pathways.The optical system features an F4.0 aperture, providing sufficient depth of field while six 0201 white LEDs deliver continuous illumination for clear visibility even in complete darkness (0 lux). Lens distortion is corrected through a multi-element optical structure, keeping edge stretching within acceptable limits and ensuring accurate representation of pipe wall defects and foreign object morphology.This endoscope module is designed as a specialized solution for industrial inspection, equipment maintenance, pipeline exploration, and other specialized detection scenarios, combining miniaturization, ease of use, and reliable performance in an integrated imaging system.

2.Clear Imaging in Complete Darkness: Six 0201 white LEDs provide uniform continuous illumination without dark zones. The LED spectrum is optimized for the sensor’s response curve, avoiding common issues such as color shifts or blue bias, and reproducing the true appearance of inspected objects.
3.Optimized Optical System: A multi-element miniature lens assembly with anti-reflective coatings and F4.0 aperture ensures sufficient depth of field in close-range environments while suppressing stray light. This allows clear visualization of surface textures, wear marks, and other fine details on pipe walls.
4.Flexible Structure: The separated design, with the probe and main control unit independently positioned, increases installation flexibility and enables the probe to navigate complex or constrained paths.
