Product Description:
This 50Hz 2x Electronic Zoom USB2.0 UART Thermal Camera Module is a lightweight infrared imaging and temperature measurement module adopting a vanadium oxide uncooled infrared focal plane detector, specially designed for scenarios with limited volume and power consumption, serving as the core infrared sensing unit for miniaturized devices. Built around the vanadium oxide uncooled detector, it features a 256×192 resolution paired with a 12μm pixel pitch, and its response band is limited to the 8~14μm atmospheric window, ensuring reliable infrared detection in various environments. With a NETD of ≤50mK, it enhances the ability to identify weak temperature difference signals, laying a foundation for accurate temperature measurement and subtle target detection. The module does not configure a TEC cooling component and adopts shutterless correction technology, which effectively improves image continuity and operational stability while further reducing volume and power consumption. Its power supply range is expanded to 5~18VDC with a typical power consumption of less than 1.4W, and it is compressed to a 21mm×21mm size and 20g weight, realizing miniaturization and low power consumption simultaneously, perfectly adapting to volume and power-sensitive scenarios. Equipped with built-in image adjustment functions, it supports manual, automatic or linear adjustment of brightness and contrast, as well as flexible configuration of polarity, pseudo-color, electronic zoom (1.0~4.0x) and image mirroring, meeting diverse imaging needs. It offers three video output forms—PAL analog video, BT.656 digital video and MIPI CSI—and uses a UART serial port for parameter configuration and data interaction, enhancing integration flexibility. The temperature measurement version covers two ranges (-20℃~150℃ and 100℃~550℃) with an accuracy of ±2℃ or ±2% of the reading, supporting point, line and area temperature measurement analysis. Combined with a metal shell and standard 9mm lens (35mm optional) for wide-area or long-distance observation, this module becomes the core sensing solution for lightweight infrared imaging and temperature measurement equipment with its high sensitivity, miniaturization, low power consumption and multi-function integration.
