This OV9734-based miniature imaging module focuses on lightweight integration and low-power operation to lower the threshold for portable and wearable product development. Built around a 1/9-inch high-sensitivity CMOS sensor with 1.4μm large pixels, the module significantly boosts photon reception efficiency and achieves outstanding 0.1lux low-light performance, easily solving the imaging challenges of dark closed cavities without extra high-power lighting accessories. Designed with bendable FPC circuit board and 6 built-in 0402 LED supplementary lamps, the compact structure supports flexible layout inside narrow and irregular equipment. The module outputs fluid 720P@30fps footage in YUV2 and MJPEG formats through USB2.0 high-speed interface. It integrates UVC and OTG dual protocols to natively pair with smartphones, single-board computers and desktop devices without additional driver configuration. Operating steadily at 5V DC with merely 100mA current draw, this low-power design extends battery life for portable devices. Furthermore, it features a wide adaptive temperature range from -20℃ to 70℃ and rigorous structural reinforcement, delivering stable output in complex changing environments while complying with RoHS standards.
